Phát triển và xác thực kỹ thuật sinh thiết gan hỗ trợ video sử dụng thiết bị xâm lấn tối thiểu

Sinh thiết gan qua da là kỹ thuật tiêu chuẩn vàng để xác định nguyên nhân gây xơ gan và đánh giá hoạt động bệnh gan. Tuy nhiên, một số trường hợp viêm gan nhiễm mỡ hoặc các bệnh gan mãn tính khác cho kết quả dương tính giả cao trong các mẫu thu được qua đường qua da. Thực tế này cho thấy cần thực hiện sinh thiết gan qua đường nội soi. Tuy nhiên, đây là một kỹ thuật tốn kém, có những biến chứng liên quan đến thông khí ổ bụng và các biến chứng gây mê. Mục tiêu chính của nghiên cứu này là phát triển một kỹ thuật hỗ trợ video sử dụng chỉ một thiết bị xâm lấn tối thiểu cho sinh thiết gan và trocar quang học.
