Literature hiện nay về quản lý chất lượng (QM) quy định nhiều chiến lược cải tiến chất lượng khác nhau. Tuy nhiên, nó thiếu các khái niệm đã được phát triển và thử nghiệm khoa học đại diện cho một triết lý QM tích hợp. Hơn nữa, tác động của các chiến lược QM đã được quy định đến chất lượng sản phẩm của một công ty chưa được phân tích. Thông qua việc phân tích chi tiết tài liệu, nghiên cứu này xác định 12 khái niệm của các chiến lược QM tích hợp. Sử dụng một cuộc khảo sát với 371 công ty sản xuất, các khái niệm này sau đó được thử nghiệm và xác thực một cách thực nghiệm. LISREL 7 được sử dụng cho mục đích này. Cuối cùng, một khuôn khổ để xem xét tác động của các chiến lược QM tích hợp đến chất lượng sản phẩm của một công ty được đề xuất. So sánh giữa khuôn khổ này và hai thang đo toàn diện khác của TQM được thực hiện.
