Các yếu tố xác định lĩnh vực môi trường của chất lượng cuộc sống ở dân số có khả năng lao động sống tại khu vực đô thị Silesia, Ba Lan

Mục tiêu của bài báo này là xác định các yếu tố quyết định lĩnh vực môi trường của chất lượng cuộc sống ở người lớn có khả năng lao động sống trong các cụm công nghiệp tại Ba Lan. Trong nghiên cứu dịch tễ học cắt ngang được tiến hành trên dân số có khả năng lao động trong độ tuổi 45-60, chúng tôi đã sử dụng phiên bản rút gọn của bảng hỏi WHOQOL-BREF. Người tham gia được tuyển chọn ngẫu nhiên từ các nhà máy được chọn ở cụm công nghiệp Silesia. Phân tích thống kê đã sử dụng các phương pháp mô tả và phân tích có sẵn trong phần mềm Statistica 9.0. Kết quả xác nhận mối liên hệ có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa tình trạng hôn nhân, loại hình hoạt động nghề nghiệp, tình trạng sức khỏe được khai báo và lĩnh vực môi trường của chất lượng cuộc sống ở cư dân có khả năng lao động của cụm công nghiệp Silesia. Chất lượng cuộc sống tốt nhất ở lĩnh vực môi trường thuộc về những người đã kết hôn, công nhân văn phòng và những người tự đánh giá tình trạng sức khỏe của họ là tốt nhất. Các yếu tố quyết định chính của chất lượng môi trường sống của dân số có khả năng lao động sống trong các cụm công nghiệp bao gồm các yếu tố không thuộc về nghề nghiệp, chẳng hạn như tình trạng hôn nhân và tình trạng sức khỏe hiện tại, trong khi chất lượng cuộc sống tốt hơn có liên quan đến việc là công nhân văn phòng và không sống gần đường có lưu lượng giao thông nặng. Kết quả có thể hữu ích cho các hoạt động được lên kế hoạch trong tương lai nhằm cải thiện sức khỏe và chất lượng cuộc sống nghề nghiệp.
