Mục đíchMục đích của bài báo này là để điều tra các tư tưởng đa dạng hướng dẫn các khía cạnh văn hóa của doanh nghiệp gia đình và để xem xét tính nhạy bén văn hóa của những tư tưởng đa dạng này.Thiết kế/phương pháp tiếp cậnNghiên cứu dựa vào khung CASE gồm chín khía cạnh văn hóa của doanh nghiệp gia đình. Đầu tiên, tài liệu liên quan đến các tư tưởng đa dạng gắn liền với từng khía cạnh văn hóa doanh nghiệp gia đình được xem xét để hình thành một phân tích khái niệm. Thứ hai, các giả thuyết được đưa ra liên quan đến các mối quan hệ dự kiến giữa hai khía cạnh chính của văn hóa xã hội (khoảng cách quyền lực và tập thể trong nhóm) và chín khía cạnh văn hóa doanh nghiệp gia đình. Dữ liệu từ chương trình GLOBE và dự án CASE sau đó được sử dụng để thực hiện các kiểm tra phi tham số.Kết quảChín khía cạnh của doanh nghiệp gia đình được thể hiện như những tư tưởng giao thoa giữa ba hệ thống doanh nghiệp gia đình (gia đình, doanh nghiệp và xã hội) và ba yếu tố tương tác xã hội (cấu trúc, mối quan hệ và nhận thức). Hỗ trợ thực nghiệm được tìm thấy cho tính nhạy bén văn hóa của các khía cạnh của doanh nghiệp gia đình, xét về hai đặc điểm chính của văn hóa xã hội (khoảng cách quyền lực và tập thể trong nhóm).Tính độc đáo/gia trịCông trình này cung cấp cái nhìn sâu sắc về việc hình thành một khái niệm rộng hơn về doanh nghiệp gia đình trong bối cảnh toàn cầu ngày càng gia tăng. Do các nền văn hóa mà chúng được hình thành, nuôi dưỡng và phát triển, các doanh nghiệp gia đình chịu ảnh hưởng của nhiều tư tưởng. Sự khác biệt về tư tưởng – cả định lượng và định tính – có nghĩa là các hình thức và định dạng của doanh nghiệp gia đình cũng khác nhau, như một phản ánh của nền tảng tư tưởng và văn hóa của chúng. Đặc biệt, việc xem xét cách mà các doanh nghiệp gia đình khác nhau, tùy thuộc vào sự hỗ trợ tỷ lệ cho các hệ tư tưởng gia đình, doanh nghiệp và xã hội, là rất hữu ích.
