Vai trò của người tiêu dùng trong việc khép kín vòng đời trong ngành dệt may hướng tới hệ thống tuần hoàn

Sự gia tăng tiêu thụ trong những thập kỷ qua đã đặt ra câu hỏi về hiệu quả sử dụng tài nguyên và những tác động tiêu cực do mô hình tuyến tính gây ra. Do đó, việc đầu tư vào một mô hình kinh tế mà trong đó tính hợp lý kinh tế và môi trường được coi là các yếu tố ra quyết định là điều cần thiết. Để áp dụng thành công mô hình này, cần mở rộng mạng lưới các mối quan hệ hợp tác, bao gồm sự tham gia của các công ty từ các ngành khác nhau và sự tham gia của người tiêu dùng. Trong vấn đề này, công trình này nhằm xác định vai trò của người tiêu dùng trong logistics đảo ngược (RL) đối với sản phẩm dệt may trong bối cảnh mô hình kinh tế tuần hoàn (CE). Từ khung khái niệm, phương pháp nhóm tập trung đã được áp dụng. Dữ liệu định tính sau đó đã được mã hóa và phân loại bằng phần mềm Phân tích Dữ liệu Định tính (QDA) Miner, cho phép thực hiện hai phân tích. Đầu tiên, một khung mới đã được phát triển, phân loại các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự tham gia của người tiêu dùng trong việc hoàn trả các sản phẩm dệt may sau tiêu dùng theo các niềm tin khác nhau được thiết lập bởi lý thuyết hành vi dự định. Phân tích này cho thấy rằng niềm tin kiểm soát là yếu tố chính ảnh hưởng đến người tiêu dùng, nghĩa là việc tham gia của họ vào RL phụ thuộc vào đánh giá của họ về nỗ lực cần thiết để thực hiện một hoạt động nhất định. Phân tích thứ hai cho thấy các cách khác nhau mà người tiêu dùng có thể tham gia vào RL trong bối cảnh tuần hoàn và đưa ra các chiến lược nhằm khuyến khích việc hoàn trả sản phẩm tập trung vào vai trò của người tiêu dùng. Công trình này đóng góp những hàm ý thực tiễn và quản lý bằng cách xác định các yếu tố có thể ảnh hưởng đến sự tham gia của người tiêu dùng trong việc hoàn trả sản phẩm. Cuối cùng, bài báo này trình bày một số chiến lược cho các tổ chức nhằm khuyến khích một vị trí hơn về mặt sinh thái trong xã hội.
