Sự tương đồng của các khuyến nghị trong các hướng dẫn thực hành lâm sàng về quản lý tăng huyết áp tại khu vực Đông Nam Á với các nguồn có uy tín quốc tế

Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá tỷ lệ tương đồng và điều tra các nguồn không tương đồng của các khuyến nghị trong quản lý tăng huyết áp trong các hướng dẫn thực hành lâm sàng (CPGs) ở Đông Nam Á, với các hướng dẫn thực hành lâm sàng có uy tín quốc tế. Các CPGs cho quản lý tăng huyết áp tại Đông Nam Á đã được thu thập từ các trang web của Bộ Y tế hoặc các hiệp hội chuyên khoa tim mạch của từng quốc gia trong khu vực Đông Nam Á trong khoảng thời gian từ tháng 11 đến tháng 12 năm 2020. Các khuyến nghị cho quản lý tăng huyết áp được chỉ định trong hướng dẫn 2017 của Hội Tim mạch Hoa Kỳ (ACC)/Hiệp hội Tim mạch Hoa Kỳ (AHA) và hướng dẫn 2018 của Hội tim châu Âu (ESC)/Hội Tăng huyết áp châu Âu (ESH) đã được chọn làm tiêu chuẩn tham khảo; các khuyến nghị liên quan đến quản lý tăng huyết áp trong các CPGs được bao gồm ở Đông Nam Á được đánh giá xem chúng có tương đồng với các khuyến nghị tham khảo được tạo ra từ cả hướng dẫn 2017 ACC/AHA và hướng dẫn 2018 ESC/ESH, sử dụng phương pháp kết hợp dân số (P)-can thiệp (I)-so sánh (C). Tổng cộng 59 khuyến nghị tham khảo với các thông số P-I-C độc đáo và rõ ràng đã được tạo ra từ hướng dẫn 2017 ACC/AHA. Thêm vào đó, tổng cộng 51 khuyến nghị tham khảo với các thông số P-I-C độc đáo và rõ ràng đã được tạo ra từ hướng dẫn 2018 ESC/ESH. Xét về sáu CPG được bao gồm từ Đông Nam Á, sự tương đồng đã được quan sát đối với 30 khuyến nghị tham khảo (50.8%) trong số 59 khuyến nghị tham khảo được tạo ra từ hướng dẫn 2017 ACC/AHA và 31 khuyến nghị tham khảo (69.8%) trong số 51 khuyến nghị tham khảo được lấy từ hướng dẫn 2018 ESC/ESH.
