Mặc dù đánh giá siêu âm tim xác định chức năng tâm thu thất phải, nhưng vẫn chưa rõ các tham số hiện có nào phản ánh tốt nhất phân suất tống máu thất phải (RVEF) ở những bệnh nhân nặng. Chúng tôi nhằm xác định mối quan hệ giữa các chỉ số siêu âm của chức năng tâm thu thất phải và RVEF.

Phương pháp

Nghiên cứu quan sát tiềm năng được tiến hành tại Đơn vị Chăm sóc đặc biệt phẫu thuật (Bệnh viện Lariboisière, Paris, Pháp) từ tháng 11 năm 2017 đến tháng 11 năm 2018. Tất cả các bệnh nhân nặng được theo dõi bằng catheter động mạch phổi đều được đánh giá. Chúng tôi đã thu thập các chỉ số siêu âm về chức năng thất phải (biên độ chuyển động tâm thu của vòng van ba lá, TAPSE; vận tốc tâm thu đỉnh của Doppler mô xung ở chân van ba lá bên, S′; thay đổi diện tích phân đoạn, FAC; chỉ số hoạt động cơ tim thất phải, RIMP; gia tốc thể tích, IVA; tỷ lệ đường kính cuối tâm trương, EDDr) và so sánh chúng với RVEF thu được từ catheter động mạch phổi theo phương pháp đo liên tục thể tích.
