Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích so sánh hiệu quả của liệu pháp kết hợp Plasma giàu tiểu cầu (PRP) và Axit Hyaluronic (HA) với liệu pháp PRP đơn thuần trong điều trị thoái hóa khớp gối (KOA).

Phương pháp

Chúng tôi đã tìm kiếm trên PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, SCOPUS, Thư viện Cochrane, tài liệu xám và các tài liệu tham khảo từ khi có sẵn đến tháng 1 năm 2021. Chỉ các thử nghiệm ngẫu nhiên có đối chứng (RCT) và các nghiên cứu đoàn hệ hồi cứu so sánh hiệu quả của PRP và HA so với liệu pháp PRP đơn thuần cho KOA được đưa vào. Việc thu thập tài liệu và trích xuất dữ liệu được thực hiện bởi ba người đánh giá độc lập. Phân tích gộp điểm số Thang đo Analogue hình ảnh (VAS), chỉ số viêm khớp Western Ontario và McMaster Universities (WOMAC), điểm số của Ủy ban Tài liệu Khớp Quốc tế (IKDC) và các sự kiện bất lợi đã được thực hiện.
