Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu

Chứng ù tai là hiện tượng cảm nhận âm thanh mà không có nguồn gây ra bên ngoài. Hơn 50 triệu người tại Hoa Kỳ báo cáo đã trải nghiệm chứng ù tai, dẫn đến sự phổ biến ước tính từ 10% đến 15% ở người lớn. Mục đích

Nhóm đã khuyến nghị chống lại (a) các loại thuốc chống trầm cảm, thuốc chống co giật, thuốc an thần hoặc thuốc tiêm vào màng nhĩ cho việc điều trị thường quy bệnh nhân mắc chứng ù tai gây phiền toái kéo dài; (b) Ginkgo biloba, melatonin, kẽm hoặc các thực phẩm bổ sung khác cho việc điều trị bệnh nhân mắc chứng ù tai gây phiền toái kéo dài; và (c) kích thích từ tính xuyên sọ cho việc điều trị thường quy bệnh nhân mắc chứng ù tai gây phiền toái kéo dài.
