Tóm tắt

Bối cảnh Quản lý thuyên tắc huyết khối tĩnh mạch (VTE), bao gồm cả huyết khối tĩnh mạch sâu (DVT) và thuyên tắc phổi (PE), khác nhau trên toàn thế giới. Phương pháp Đăng ký chống đông toàn cầu trong lĩnh vực – Thuyên tắc huyết khối tĩnh mạch (GARFIELD-VTE) là một nghiên cứu quan sát, triển vọng về 10.685 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán VTE một cách客观 từ tháng 5 năm 2014 đến tháng 1 năm 2017 tại 417 địa điểm ở 28 quốc gia. Tất cả các bệnh nhân đều được theo dõi ít nhất 3 năm. Chúng tôi mô tả các đặc điểm cơ bản của quần thể nghiên cứu và quá trình quản lý của họ trong vòng 30 ngày sau khi chẩn đoán.
