Tóm tắtCác nghiên cứu trước đây cho thấy văn hóa đạo đức và bản sắc đạo đức có ảnh hưởng đến hành vi đạo đức trong các tổ chức. Tuy nhiên, nghiên cứu vẫn chưa xem xét liệu bản sắc đạo đức tập thể có tương tác với văn hóa đạo đức để dự đoán hành vi đạo đức hay không và sức mạnh của văn hóa đạo đức có vai trò như thế nào trong mối quan hệ này. Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là điều tra mối quan hệ giữa văn hóa đạo đức, sức mạnh văn hóa đạo đức, và bản sắc đạo đức tập thể với hành vi phi đạo đức quan sát được ở cấp độ đơn vị và hành vi phi đạo đức vì lợi ích tổ chức, đồng thời xem xét các hiệu ứng điều tiết của chúng. Chúng tôi đã kiểm tra mô hình của mình với 1942 nhân viên từ 96 đơn vị của mười tổ chức và thỏa thuận trong đơn vị được xác định cho tất cả các biến. Các phát hiện của chúng tôi chỉ ra rằng văn hóa đạo đức và sức mạnh văn hóa đạo đức có mối liên hệ mạnh mẽ với hành vi phi đạo đức, nhưng bản sắc đạo đức tập thể không có mối liên hệ nào.
