Tóm tắt: Một Thang Đo Đánh Giá Bệnh Tích Lũy, được thiết kế để đáp ứng nhu cầu về một công cụ ngắn gọn, toàn diện và đáng tin cậy để đánh giá suy giảm thể chất, đã được phát triển và thử nghiệm. Cấu trúc thang điểm cung cấp cho 13 lĩnh vực tương đối độc lập được nhóm lại theo các hệ thống cơ thể. Điểm số được ghi nhận trên thang điểm "mức độ nghiêm trọng" 5 điểm, dao động từ "không" đến "cực kỳ nghiêm trọng". Các phát hiện, xét về độ tin cậy và giá trị, phản ánh ý nghĩa thống kê ở mức P < 0.01. Là một kỹ thuật đánh giá nhanh, khách quan và dễ dàng định lượng, thang điểm này rất thích hợp cho nhiều mục đích nghiên cứu.
