Tóm Tắt Nghiên cứu nồng độ hemopexin, haptoglobin và heme trong huyết tương ở bệnh nhân có các bệnh tan máu khác nhau đã được thực hiện. Nồng độ hemopexin giảm chỉ khi nồng độ haptoglobin cũng giảm; không phải trong mọi trường hợp, nồng độ hemopexin đều giảm đến cùng mức độ với nồng độ haptoglobin. Hiện tượng nồng độ heme cao luôn luôn đi kèm với mức hemopexin thấp.
