Nghiên cứu này nhằm tìm hiểu hiệu quả của phương pháp giảm nhạy cảm và xử lý bằng chuyển động mắt (EMDR) đối với những phụ nữ trẻ bị chấn thương tâm lý. 60 phụ nữ trong độ tuổi từ 16 đến 25 đã được phân ngẫu nhiên thành hai nhóm tham gia hai phiên EMDR hoặc phiên đối chứng thính giác chủ động (AL).
