Tóm tắt
The influence of coatings on the change in crack resistance of the substrate must be evaluated. The mechanical properties of the base metal as determined after ion-plasma spraying of titanium nitride coatings do not significantly depend on the duration of heating during spraying (/spl sigma//sub 0.2/=1150, /spl sigma//sub 2/=1400; /spl Psi/=36%). Characteristics obtained by testing metal specimens serve, first of all, to calculate strength of products taking into account the presence of crack-type defects An ambiguous influence of the plasma-sprayed self-fluxing coating (composition: 3.1% B, 0.8% C, 4.3% Si, 16.0% Cr, 4.0%.Fe, Ni-the rest) on crack resistance of non-hardened hot-rolled steel (0.8% C) has also been reported.
