Công việc và nguồn lực từ việc sử dụng phương tiện kỹ thuật số trong giáo viên

Việc sử dụng phương tiện kỹ thuật số đối với một bộ phận giáo viên liên quan tới trải nghiệm căng thẳng tăng cao. Căng thẳng do những khía cạnh tiêu cực của việc sử dụng phương tiện kỹ thuật số gây ra được nghiên cứu chủ yếu dưới thuật ngữ „căng thẳng kỹ thuật số“ hoặc „căng thẳng công nghệ“ trong các nghiên cứu quốc tế. Tuy nhiên, đối với giáo viên Đức, các phát hiện vẫn còn ít ỏi. Ngược lại, một bộ phận khác của giáo viên dường như gặp ít khó khăn hơn trong việc triển khai phương tiện kỹ thuật số vào đời sống học đường và thay vào đó có thể hưởng lợi từ những ưu điểm của phương tiện kỹ thuật số. Câu hỏi về việc liệu những lợi ích này có thể trở thành nguồn lực tích cực đối với căng thẳng và tình trạng sức khỏe của giáo viên vẫn chưa được xem xét một cách đầy đủ. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu là tập hợp và hệ thống hóa các yếu tố ảnh hưởng tiềm năng của việc sử dụng phương tiện kỹ thuật số đến căng thẳng và sức khỏe của giáo viên từ Đức, cũng như đánh giá tầm quan trọng của chúng. Phương pháp Group-concept-mapping (GCM) đã được thực hiện với 44 giáo viên tương lai tại Đại học Koblenz-Landau. Cấu trúc thu được cho thấy sự quan trọng của những ảnh hưởng tích cực từ việc sử dụng phương tiện kỹ thuật số đến sức khỏe của giáo viên, cũng như tầm quan trọng của các điều kiện khung học đường.
