Tóm tắt Nền tảng Việc điều trị ung thư biểu mô vảy miệng (OSCC) và osteosarcoma ở người (HOS) bao gồm phẫu thuật và/hoặc xạ trị, thường dẫn đến giảm chất lượng cuộc sống. Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm nghiên cứu hoạt động chống phát triển của mật ong địa phương (Tualang) trên các dòng tế bào OSCC và HOS. Phương pháp Nhiều nồng độ mật ong Tualang (1% - 20%) đã được áp dụng trên các dòng tế bào OSCC và HOS trong thời gian 3, 6, 12, 24, 48 và 72 giờ. Các đặc điểm hình thái được quan sát dưới kính hiển vi ánh sáng và kính hiển vi huỳnh quang. Tính khả dụng của tế bào được đánh giá bằng phương pháp MTT và độ quang học cho các giá trị hấp thụ trong mỗi thí nghiệm được đo tại 570 nm bằng máy đọc ELISA. Việc phát hiện apoptosis tế bào được thực hiện bằng bộ phát hiện apoptosis Annexin V-FITC.
