Tóm tắtThể khối não nối (CC) là khối liên hợp lớn nhất giữa hai bán cầu não, kết nối các vùng vỏ não của hai bán cầu. Dải bệnh lý của thể khối não nối bao gồm không phát triển, có thể là hoàn toàn hoặc một phần, và giảm phát triển. Bệnh không phát triển thể khối não nối có thể là đơn thuần hoặc đi kèm với các dị dạng khác. Việc không thấy được khoang septum pellucidum và colpocephaly là những dấu hiệu quan trọng trên hình ảnh trục giúp hỗ trợ trong chẩn đoán. Để xác định sự vắng mặt của thể khối não nối trong mặt phẳng giữa là tiêu chuẩn vàng. Chúng tôi báo cáo một trường hợp không phát triển thể khối não nối hoàn toàn đơn thuần, được chẩn đoán trước sinh trong tam cá nguyệt thứ ba, kèm theo một đánh giá ngắn gọn về các phát hiện siêu âm trong không phát triển thể khối não nối.
