Tóm tắtCác ứng dụng bảo hiểm sức khỏe dựa trên khuyến khích đã được triển khai để thúc đẩy giảm phí bảo hiểm khi cá nhân thực hiện các thói quen sống lành mạnh. Dù đã được công nhận là có lợi, nhưng nhận thức của người tiêu dùng liên quan đến các ứng dụng này trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm nhân thọ và theo dõi sức khỏe không hẳn là tích cực. Nghiên cứu gần đây đã nhận ra rằng quyền sở hữu tâm lý, một trạng thái tinh thần trong đó người ta cảm thấy rằng một công nghệ hoặc ứng dụng thuộc về mình, đóng vai trò quan trọng trong sự sẵn sàng của cá nhân đối với việc áp dụng và sử dụng các công nghệ mới. Đã có gợi ý rằng nhiều ứng dụng và nền tảng kỹ thuật số có các tính năng trao quyền và đồng sáng tạo độc đáo, mang lại tiềm năng đặc biệt để tạo điều kiện cho sự xuất hiện của quyền sở hữu tâm lý và thỏa mãn các nhu cầu cơ bản. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu của chúng tôi, xuất phát từ những giả thuyết này, là xác định và chủ đề hóa những rào cản trong việc tiếp nhận các ứng dụng bảo hiểm sức khỏe dựa trên khuyến khích liên quan đến việc đáp ứng các nhu cầu thúc đẩy sự phát triển của quyền sở hữu tâm lý. Chúng tôi đã đạt được điều này bằng cách tiến hành phân tích chủ đề về nhận thức của người tiêu dùng không sẵn sàng áp dụng một ứng dụng cụ thể thuộc loại này. Khung kết quả, công nhận 14 rào cản đã được chủ đề hóa, có những ý nghĩa quan trọng cho việc sử dụng khoa học và quản lý.
