Tóm tắt

Điểm chínhCác enzym chuyển hóa nhóm máu A ABO có hoạt tính FS bẩm sinh khi thiếu exon 3 hoặc 4 của mRNA chuyển hóa A. Việc đồng giới thiệu sự thiếu exon 3 hoặc 4 và thay thế GlyGlyAla phối hợp một cách synergistic giúp các enzym chuyển hóa A của người có được hoạt tính FS mạnh mẽ.
