Mặc dù tầm quan trọng của một khí hậu xã hội tích cực trong lớp học học tập trực tiếp đã được khẳng định, nhưng vai trò của nó trong các môi trường học tập trực tuyến và được nâng cao bởi công nghệ vẫn chưa rõ ràng. Mục tiêu chính của bài đánh giá hệ thống này là tổng hợp các phát hiện từ những nghiên cứu thực nghiệm đã xem xét bất kỳ khía cạnh nào của khí hậu xã hội trong lớp học trong các môi trường học tập trực tuyến và được nâng cao bởi công nghệ ở trường tiểu học và trung học. Những thuật ngữ tìm kiếm phù hợp đã được nhập vào Thư viện số ACM, Web of Science, Scopus và ERIC vào tháng 11 năm 2021. Các bài viết được đưa vào nếu chúng liên quan đến mục tiêu, báo cáo dữ liệu sơ cấp, lấy mẫu học sinh và/hoặc giáo viên tiểu học/trung học, và được xuất bản trong các tạp chí, kỷ yếu hội nghị hoặc chương sách bằng tiếng Anh. Hơn nữa, các bài viết đã bị loại trừ nếu chúng tập trung vào việc phát triển/thử nghiệm các công cụ đo lường. Việc tổng hợp tường thuật theo chủ đề bao gồm 29 bài báo, gồm các nghiên cứu định tính, định lượng và hỗn hợp. Một danh sách kiểm tra đánh giá chất lượng đã được hoàn thành cho tất cả. Các phát hiện bao gồm việc xem xét khí hậu xã hội trong lớp học trong học tập trực tuyến trước và trong thời gian đại dịch Covid-19, trong các môi trường học tập kết hợp và so sánh giữa chúng. Hơn nữa, mối liên hệ giữa khí hậu xã hội trực tuyến và các biến số học thuật được khám phá, cũng như việc phát triển khí hậu này thông qua các nhóm thảo luận đồng bộ/không đồng bộ và mạng xã hội. Chúng tôi thảo luận về khung lý thuyết của các nghiên cứu, tác động của khí hậu lớp học tích cực trong các môi trường học tập trực tuyến và được nâng cao bởi công nghệ đối với học sinh, cũng như các phương pháp thực tiễn và cơ hội mới trong việc khai thác công nghệ. Dựa trên các phát hiện và các giới hạn của các nghiên cứu, chúng tôi phác thảo các tác động và nghiên cứu trong tương lai, chẳng hạn như nhu cầu xem xét tiếng nói và sự đa dạng của học sinh, quan điểm công nghệ, một cách tiếp cận xuyên ngành và việc tái khái niệm các ranh giới.
