Hai cấu trúc đẩy-kéo tạo thành hai tiếp điểm song song cho công tắc MEMS được đề xuất, điều này giúp giảm điện trở tiếp xúc của công tắc MEMS. Các hành động đẩy và kéo của các bộ truyền động kiểu đẩy-kéo có thể được thực hiện đồng thời chỉ bằng một tín hiệu hoạt động duy nhất.
