Khung Chính Sách Phát Triển Cộng Đồng Thân Thiện Với Người Già Từ Góc Nhìn Về Sự Sản Xuất Không Gian

Trong bối cảnh có nhiều trở ngại vĩ mô, việc phát triển các chính sách cộng đồng thân thiện với người già một cách hiệu quả đòi hỏi phải có nghiên cứu sâu hơn. Hiện tại, các khung lý thuyết như vậy đang thiếu. Bài báo này nhằm xây dựng một khung chính sách để tối thiểu hóa chi phí và giải quyết xung đột lợi ích giữa các thế hệ khác nhau trong phát triển cộng đồng thân thiện với người già. Nghiên cứu đã áp dụng phương pháp khoa học thư mục để xem xét sự phát triển lý thuyết của các nghiên cứu về cộng đồng thân thiện với người già. Đầu tiên, thông qua việc tìm kiếm các từ khóa "thân thiện với người già" và "cộng đồng" trên Web of Science, 72 tài liệu nghiên cứu bằng tiếng Anh được tìm thấy có chứa các lý thuyết rõ ràng. Hầu hết các nghiên cứu được thực hiện ở khu vực Bắc toàn cầu. Sau đó, một phương pháp phân tích hỗn hợp đã được sử dụng để tìm lý thuyết phù hợp, "sự sản xuất không gian", nhằm phát triển khung chính sách. Cuối cùng, một khung chính sách đã được phát triển để vượt qua các rào cản trong phát triển cộng đồng thân thiện với người già một cách chiến lược. Để nối tiếp các nghiên cứu trước đó, bài báo này đề xuất một cách để đối phó với sự cắt giảm chi tiêu tài chính trong việc đầu tư vào các sáng kiến thân thiện với người già và cân bằng sự quan tâm đến dân số người cao tuổi và thanh niên trong phát triển đô thị. Về thực tiễn, khung chính sách có thể cung cấp một tài liệu tham khảo cho việc xây dựng chính sách cộng đồng thân thiện với người già hiệu quả hơn ở các khu vực khác nhau. Đối với nghiên cứu trong tương lai, khung này cung cấp một mô hình cho các nghiên cứu thực nghiệm hơn xem xét các động lực xã hội trong phát triển cộng đồng thân thiện với người già.
