H/sup /spl infin// control of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor based on neural network command-compensator

This paper presents a robust speed controller for PMLSM based on H/sup /spl infin// control theory. A command-compensator based on neural network is proposed to compensate the disturbances of the system. Simulation and experiment results show that the control strategy proposed in this paper is feasible. H/sup /spl infin// speed controller can make the direct drive system have strong robustness to parameter variation and external disturbances. The compensator based on neural network enhances the performance of the system.
