Mục đích của bài báo này là đánh giá tài liệu hiện có về răng giả hoàn chỉnh in 3D liên quan đến các vật liệu sinh học mới, kỹ thuật chế tạo và quy trình làm việc, hiệu suất lâm sàng và sự hài lòng của bệnh nhân.

Phương pháp

Phương pháp luận bao gồm việc áp dụng một chiến lược tìm kiếm, xác định tiêu chí lựa chọn và loại trừ, chọn lọc các nghiên cứu và xây dựng bảng tóm tắt kết quả. Các tìm kiếm trên cơ sở dữ liệu PubMed, Scopus và Embase được thực hiện độc lập bởi hai người đánh giá nhằm thu thập tài liệu được công bố từ năm 2010 đến năm 2020.

Kết quả

Tổng cộng có 126 tiêu đề được lấy từ cơ sở dữ liệu điện tử, và việc áp dụng tiêu chí loại trừ dẫn đến việc xác định 21 bài báo liên quan đến công nghệ in cho răng giả hoàn chỉnh. Các đổi mới và phát triển hiện tại trong nha khoa kỹ thuật số đã dẫn đến việc chế tạo các prosthesis nha khoa tháo lắp bằng cách sử dụng công nghệ CAD/CAM. Răng giả phay đã được nghiên cứu nhiều hơn so với răng giả in 3D trong tài liệu hiện có. Số lượng nghiên cứu lâm sàng hạn chế, chủ yếu là báo cáo trường hợp, cho thấy những chỉ định hiện tại của in 3D trong quy trình chế tạo răng giả là khay tùy chỉnh, cơ sở ghi, dùng thử, răng giả tạm thời hoặc tức thì nhưng không phải là chế tạo prosthesis xác định. Các hạn chế bao gồm thẩm mỹ kém và khả năng giữ, không thể cân bằng khớp cắn và độ phân giải máy in thấp.

Kết luận

Các nghiên cứu ban đầu về răng giả kỹ thuật số đã cho thấy hiệu suất lâm sàng hứa hẹn trong ngắn hạn, kết quả tích cực liên quan đến bệnh nhân và chi phí hợp lý. In 3D có tiềm năng hiện đại hóa và tối ưu hóa các kỹ thuật chế tạo răng giả, vật liệu và quy trình làm việc. Tuy nhiên, cần có thêm nghiên cứu về các vật liệu và máy in hiện có và đang phát triển để cho phép tiến bộ và tăng cường ứng dụng của nó trong lĩnh vực phục hình tháo lắp.
