Bài báo này dựa trên làn sóng đầu tiên của một nghiên cứu Delphi toàn cầu đang diễn ra, hiện đang phân tích những tác động ngay lập tức và dự kiến của đại dịch COVID-19 đối với giáo dục người lớn và học tập của người lớn.
