SIMULATION STUDY TO VERIFY THE EFFECT OF CUTTING PARAMETERS ON CHIP SHINKEGE COEFICIENT DURING MACHINING PROCESS OF ALUMINUM ALLOY
This paper predicted the relationship between chip shrinkage coefficient and cutting parameters such as cutting speed, uncut chip thickness in a cutting process of A6061 aluminum alloy. The chip shrinkage coefficient was determined through simulation using finite element method. The commercial software Abaqus/Explicit is employed for simulation of the cutting process of A6061 alumium alloy based on the Bao-Wierzbicki fracture model. Then, the least square method was used to derive the relationship between chip shrinkage coefficient and cutting force. The above-mentioned relationship is believed to be useful in determination of optimal cutting conditions in high-speed machining.

One of the prominent features of the Mobile App is the ability to send automatic alerts to users when new information is updated from the server side. GCM (Google Cloud Message) is a service that allows you to send small messages from the server to all devices connecting to the network. Researching and applying GCM to existing Web Services systems will enable mobile devices not to request continuously to the server, which will automatically receive notifications when new information arrives from the server. The research and application of GCM into the internal information system of NEU will bring more value and utility to the users.

Using life cycle assessment (LCA) to evaluate environmental impacts of biogas distributed generation systems from municipal solid waste in buildings
This paper accesses the environmental impacts over the entire life cycle of biogas distributed system using a traditional life cycle assessment (LCA) methodology. The result shows that biogas distributed system from municipal food waste could reduce vulnerabilities, and cut greenhouse gas emissions in a considerable amount in buildings. The result also establishes a network of process to examine a large number of paths to identify not only the phase emit the most environmentally damaging systems but the promising process for improvement of biogas system design.

This paper presents the results of research and application of information technology in improving training management in faculties - Hung Yen University of Technology and Education. Based on the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming language in Excel. The result of the paper is that the UTE-EDU module is integrated in Excel to check, export, and look up information from the school's training management system (EDUSOFT), ensuring accuracy, speed, and effectiveness high fruit.

RESEARCH ON THE FREE BULGING STAGE IN HYDROSTATIC FORMING PROCESS FOR COPPER SHEET
Hydrostatic forming is one of the most advanced technologies for forming tubular and sheet products. This technology has been highly applied in thin-shell manufacturing industries, especially in the automotive industry. However, the depth of the parts formed by this technology is limited by the early stage-the free bulging stage due to intense thinning of the metal. Therefore, it is necessary to control the thinning in this stage to ensure that the material can continue to deform in later stages. The types of materials used in this technology are also common materials as in conventional forming including ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Among them, copper materials with ductile properties are considered as one of the most popular. Copper behavior in the forming technology is still a new issue that needs to be explored. Therefore, in this paper, the free bulging process is studied during hydrostatic forming process for copper sheet using numerical simulation. The results show the influence of forming liquid pressure on the forming ability of copper materials, including forming depth and thinning in the free bulging phase.

WEATHER FORECASTING USING ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK AND BAYES ALGORITHM
In this paper, we use two algorithms in machine learning: Back Propagation Neural Networks and Bayes algorithm for weather forecasting in the Hai Duong province. Data for the forecasting are acquired from the AccWeather on the period time 2013-2015 years (in every day) in which for the learing (include 70% total data) and for the testing (include 30% total data). We received some positive results in the temperature forecasting. The comparison of two forecasting results between Back Propagation and Bayes algorithm is proposed.

EXPERIMENTAL MODELS CONSTRUCTION FOR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND APPLIED MATERIALS CONTROL ALGORITHM FORECAST
This paper presents the experimental design step for materials distribution system. The goal of the experimental design is to verify the correctness of the construction of the model prodictive controller for nano-materials distribution system. Results showed that experimental and simulation results are similar. Thereby proved that model predictive controller proposed works stable with high accuracy of position for nano-materials distribution system. This overcomes the disadvantages of PID algorithms. This control algorithm can also be extended to other nonlinear systems.
