This review discusses mechanisms of toxicity, particularly those observed in
liver tissue, mediated by microcystins (MCs) produced by cyanobacteria.
Protective effects of zinc oxide nanoparticles against doxorubicin induced testicular toxicity and DNA damage in male ratsToxicology Research - Tập 8 Số 5 - Trang 654-662 - 2019

Abstract The present study aims to investigate the protective effects of zinc
oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) on doxorubicin-induced testicular injury. Forty
mature male rats were randomly allocated into four equal groups: G1 (control),
G2 (3 mg per kg BW of zinc oxide nanoparticles was administered), G3 (6 mg per
kg BW of doxorubicin was intraperitoneally injected), and G4 (doxorubicin + ZnO
NPs). ... hiện toàn bộ
Perturbation of epigenetic processes by doxorubicin in the mouse testisToxicology Research - Tập 5 Số 4 - Trang 1229-1243
Oluwajoba O. Akinjo, Timothy W. Gant, Emma L. Marczylo
Doxorubicin-induced testicular toxicity involves differential microRNA
expression and DNA methylation. This is of potential concern since epigenetic
perturbation in the germ line could lead to adverse effects across multiple
generations.
Low toxicity and accumulation of zinc oxide nanoparticles in mice after 270-day consecutive dietary supplementationToxicology Research - Tập 6 Số 2 - Trang 134-143

After 270-day consecutive feeding with food containing ZnO nanoparticles, ZnO
microparticles and Zn ions, no Zn level increase was found in any organ except
digestive tract organs and only ZnO nanoparticles induce minor toxicity.
