Alterations in the hemocyte population ofPeriplaneta americana (L.) during starvation and desiccation were studied for 11 days. A comparative study of the growth rates of three Indian major carp hybrids, namely, catla-rohu, mrigal-catla and mrigal-rohu, was made.
