A novel poly(carboxylate) ligand was synthesized as a ligand for a crystalline
CaCO3-organic composite.

Cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPc) has been incorporated into various polysiloxane
matrices by adding CoPc to appropriate mixtures of tri- and tetra-alkoxysilanes
