Summary— Multidrug‐resistant (MDR) variants of a human osteosarcoma cell line
(U‐2 OS) have been recently obtained by continuous exposure to doxorubicin (DX).
The growth and phenotypic characteristics of these cell lines have been
demonstrated to be related to the level of expression of P‐glycoprotein. In this
work, the morphological changes associated with MDR have been evaluated by
quantitative ... hiện toàn bộ
Regulation of Chk2 phosphorylation by interaction with protein phosphatase 2A via its B' regulatory subunitBiology of the Cell - Tập 96 - Trang 509-517 - 2004

Summry— Chk2 is a key player of the DNA damage signalling pathway. To identify
new regulators of this kinase, we performed a yeast two‐hybrid screen and found
that Chk2 associated with the B' regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase PP2A.
In vitro GST‐Chk2 pulldowns demonstrated that B'γ isoforms bound to Chk2 with
the strongest apparent affinity. This was confirmed in cellulo by
co‐immunoprecipi... hiện toàn bộ
In vitro studies on Itm2a reveal its involvement in early stages of the chondrogenic differentiation pathwayBiology of the Cell - Tập 96 - Trang 463-470 - 2004

Summry— The Integral membrane protein 2A (Itm2A) is a transmembrane protein
belonging to a family composed of at least two other members, Itm2B and Itm2C,
all of them having a different expression pattern. The Itm2a gene serves as a
marker for early stages in endochondral ossification. In order to understand the
role of Itm2A in this process, expression of the gene was investigated in
different ce... hiện toàn bộ
