The paper presents the results of optimized studies of the processing parameters
of steel surfaces by electro-spark alloying. It is shown that with increasing
capacitor capacitance with simultaneous voltage reduction between the alloying
electrode and the surface treated, the adhesive constituent of the friction

of an elastic cylinder into the flat surface of a part and its elastic–plastic
