Light front approach to correlations in hot quark matterActa Physica Hungarica A) Heavy Ion Physics - Tập 27 - Trang 379-382 - 2006

We investigate two-quark correlations in hot and dense quark matter. To this end
we use the light front field theory extended to finite temperature T and
chemical potential μ. Therefore it is necessary to develop quantum statistics
formulated on the light front plane. As a test case for light front quantization
at finite T and μ we consider the NJL model. The solution of the in-medium gap
equation... hiện toàn bộ

New methods to identify the high- and low-spin HD cluster states are suggested.
Relativistic lattice gas hydrodynamicsActa Physica Hungarica A) Heavy Ion Physics - Tập 1 - Trang 149-155 - 1995
N. L. Balazs, D. Strottman
Non-relativistic cellular automata can model non-relativistic hydrodynamical
flows. In this article we show that if the hopping occurs on a space-time
lattice which is generated by discrete subgroups of the Poincaré group and if
the collision rules embody the relativistic conservation laws, we can
modelrelativistic flows. The simplest version of the relativistic model is
formally isomorphic with t... hiện toàn bộ

Directed and elliptic flow for the 197Au+197Au system at incident energies
between 40 and 150 MeV per nucleon has been measured using the INDRA 4π
multi-detector. For semi-central collisions, the excitation function of elliptic
flow shows a transition from in-plane to out-of-plane emission at around 100 MeV
per nucleon. The directed flow changes sign at a bombarding energy between 50
and 60 MeV pe... hiện toàn bộ
RHIC Physics with the Parton Cascade ModelActa Physica Hungarica A) Heavy Ion Physics - Tập 24 - Trang 45-50 - 2014
Steffen A. Bass, Berndt Müller, Dinesh K. Srivastava
We discuss the Parton Cascade Model and it's application to RHIC physics. In
particular, we focus on an analysis of the net-baryon number rapidity
distribution and on direct photon emission.
