Gãy xương bàn chân loại II và III ở vận động viên

Nghiên cứu này nhằm xem xét các chỉ định, biến chứng và kết quả của gãy xương bàn chân loại II và III dựa trên tài liệu gần đây. Tỷ lệ không liền xương, liền xương muộn và tái gãy cao ở những vận động viên được điều trị không phẫu thuật. Chuẩn mực điều trị là phẫu thuật trong điều trị cho các vận động viên với việc cố định tủy xương. Điều trị phẫu thuật gãy xương loại II và III ở vận động viên sẽ giảm nguy cơ không liền xương và tái gãy trong khi dẫn đến việc trở lại thi đấu sớm hơn.
