Nghề Nghiệp bị Bỏ Rơi và Hành Vi Giúp Đỡ: Một Nghiên Cứu Liên Cấp

Nghiên cứu trước đây về hiện tượng bị bỏ rơi trong môi trường làm việc và hành vi giúp đỡ đã cho ra những kết quả trái ngược nhau. Nghiên cứu này tích hợp lý thuyết học hỏi xã hội và lý thuyết vai trò xã hội bằng cách xây dựng một mô hình đa cấp để xem xét mối quan hệ giữa việc quản lý bỏ rơi và hành vi giúp đỡ, tập trung vào vai trò trung gian của hiện tượng đồng nghiệp bị bỏ rơi và vai trò điều tiết của giới tính cấp dưới. Sử dụng phương pháp thu thập dữ liệu từ hai làn sóng và nhiều nguồn, dữ liệu được thu thập từ 382 nhân viên và 43 trưởng nhóm ngay lập tức tại bốn công ty kinh doanh ở tỉnh Quảng Tây, Trung Quốc. Kết quả phân tích đường dẫn cho thấy rằng việc quản lý bỏ rơi có tác động chéo đến hành vi giúp đỡ thông qua vai trò trung gian của hiện tượng đồng nghiệp bị bỏ rơi. Hơn nữa, tác động tích cực trực tiếp của việc quản lý bỏ rơi đến hiện tượng đồng nghiệp bị bỏ rơi và tác động gián tiếp tiêu cực chéo của việc quản lý bỏ rơi đến hành vi giúp đỡ thông qua hiện tượng đồng nghiệp bị bỏ rơi mạnh hơn đối với nam giới so với phụ nữ. Những phát hiện này mở rộng và làm sâu sắc thêm hiểu biết của chúng ta về lĩnh vực bị bỏ rơi.
