Nghiện công việc (WA) đang đe dọa sức khỏe nghề nghiệp ở nhiều quốc gia, trong đó có Trung Quốc. Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá các thuộc tính tâm lý đo lường của phiên bản tiếng Trung của Thang đo Nghiện Công việc Bergen (BWAS), công cụ phổ biến nhất để đánh giá WA, nhằm tạo điều kiện cho các nghiên cứu liên quan ở công nhân Trung Quốc. Một phân tích mạng cũng được thực hiện để xác định các triệu chứng trung tâm và cầu nối trong mạng lưới WA-lo âu nhằm cải thiện thực hành can thiệp.

Phương pháp

Tổng cộng có 694 nhân viên văn phòng Trung Quốc thực hiện một khảo sát bảng hỏi trực tuyến vào tháng 3 năm 2022, và các phản hồi về BWAS từ một mẫu phụ gồm 50 người tham gia một tháng sau đó cũng được thu thập.

Kết quả

Tính đơn chiều của BWAS được hỗ trợ bởi kết quả phân tích nhân tố khám phá, phân tích đồ thị khám phá, và phân tích nhân tố khẳng định. Chúng tôi phát hiện độ tin cậy nội bộ đạt yêu cầu và độ ổn định kiểm tra-tái kiểm tra chấp nhận được. Kết luận
