An ninh công cộng, quản lý giao thông và cung cấp dịch vụ cho người dân là ba chức năng chủ yếu của lực lượng cảnh sát. Để đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ cảnh sát, điều này phụ thuộc vào những người thực hiện dịch vụ, đã trở thành cốt lõi của công tác cảnh sát. Nghiên cứu này nhằm điều tra mối quan hệ giữa giá trị công việc và hành vi công dân tổ chức hướng đến dịch vụ với sinh viên của Học viện Cảnh sát Đài Loan làm mẫu nghiên cứu. Các tác động trung gian của hợp đồng tâm lý và cam kết nghề nghiệp cũng được khám phá trong nghiên cứu này. Kết quả cho thấy giá trị công việc có ảnh hưởng tích cực đến cam kết nghề nghiệp và hợp đồng tâm lý của cá nhân. Ngoài ra, hợp đồng tâm lý và cam kết nghề nghiệp có những tác động tích cực đến hành vi công dân tổ chức hướng đến dịch vụ. Hơn nữa, giá trị công việc được tìm thấy có ảnh hưởng tích cực đến hành vi công dân tổ chức hướng đến dịch vụ thông qua sự trung gian của hợp đồng tâm lý và cam kết nghề nghiệp. Các đề xuất và khuyến nghị cho các nghiên cứu trong tương lai cũng được thảo luận.
