The definitions for productivity used by Barker and Dickson are quite similar. “Activities producing or tending to produce an increase in the quality, quantity or value of the pharmacy department” (Barker). “Any activity which produces or tends to produce an increase in the quality or economic worth of the pharmacy” (Dickson).
