Các trang web chính phủ nhằm cung cấp thông tin cho công dân của quốc gia; do đó, chúng cần phải dễ truy cập, dễ sử dụng và có thể được tìm thấy qua các công cụ tìm kiếm. Dựa trên giả định này, trong bài báo này, các trang web của bộ ngành của bốn quốc gia, bao gồm Cộng hòa Kyrgyz, Cộng hòa Azerbaijan, Cộng hòa Kazakhstan và Cộng hòa Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ, đã được phân tích về khả năng truy cập và chất lượng sử dụng.
