Chúng tôi báo cáo một trường hợp mà một khối u miệng nhạt màu, không gây chú ý lại trở thành một mối đe dọa hệ thống. Một trẻ em mù và động kinh đã trình diện với khối u chảy máu tại sàn miệng kéo dài 4 tuần. Sinh thiết cho thấy các không gian mạch khuếch đại nhỏ với sự hiện diện của các nguyên bào sợi phản ứng. Chụp MRI cho thấy sự phân bố của các tổn thương mở rộng trong xương hàm dưới, đáy sọ, và hốc mắt phải, mà có thể đã góp phần vào những khiếm khuyết thần kinh kéo dài nhiều năm của bệnh nhân. Một phim chụp xương sau đó cho thấy các tổn thương ở nhiều xương trục. Các dấu hiệu mô bệnh lý đã xác nhận sự xuất hiện của một bệnh lý mạch máu dạng nang hiếm gặp.
