Xác thực phiên bản tiếng Ý của Thang đo nghiện thực phẩm Yale 2.0 (I-YFAS 2.0) trong một mẫu sinh viên đại học

Nghiện thực phẩm (FA) đề cập đến tình trạng đặc trưng bởi sự nghiện liên quan đến một số carbohydrate giàu chất béo và đường dẫn đến sự suy giảm hoặc khó chịu đáng kể trong nhiều lĩnh vực chức năng. Thang đo Nghiện thực phẩm Yale 2.0 (YFAS 2.0) đã được cập nhật gần đây để đo lường FA theo tiêu chí DSM-5 cho các rối loạn liên quan đến chất và nghiện. Nghiên cứu này nhằm xác thực phiên bản tiếng Ý của YFAS 2.0. Một mẫu gồm 574 sinh viên đại học người Ý đã tham gia vào nghiên cứu này. Phân tích yếu tố xác nhận (CFA) và độ tin cậy của chỉ số Kuder–Richardson cho dữ liệu nhị phân đã được thực hiện để đánh giá cấu trúc thang đo và độ tin cậy. Mối tương quan giữa YFAS 2.0 và bệnh lý ăn uống, ăn uống thái quá, giấc ngủ và các triệu chứng tâm trạng đã được đánh giá. Tương tự như phiên bản gốc, một cấu trúc yếu tố đơn đã xuất hiện tại CFA. Hệ số alpha là 0.87. Hơn nữa, có những mối tương quan từ trung bình đến cao với các biện pháp khác. Phiên bản tiếng Ý của YFAS 2.0 đã chứng minh trong một mẫu sinh viên đại học là một công cụ hữu ích để điều tra các nghiện thực phẩm. Mức độ chứng cứ: Mức V, nghiên cứu mô tả.
