Giám sát Tập trung Vào Người Sử Dụng (UFM) là một phương pháp đánh giá các dịch vụ sức khỏe tâm thần, do những người có kinh nghiệm sống với bệnh tâm thần thực hiện. Nghiên cứu về UFM và sự tham gia của người sử dụng trong giám sát và đánh giá dịch vụ còn thiếu. Nghiên cứu này giải quyết khoảng trống kiến thức này bằng cách xem xét UFM như một chiến lược cho sự tham gia của người sử dụng. Cụ thể, nghiên cứu này nhằm tổng hợp các mẫu trong các báo cáo UFM để đặc trưng hóa hiện tượng này, cũng như thảo luận thêm về các quy trình thương thảo và cơ hội chính trị trong UFM.
