Khơi Dậy Tiềm Năng Của TQM Và Công Nghiệp 4.0 Để Đạt Được Hiệu Suất Bền Vững Trong Bối Cảnh Của Một Nước Đang Phát Triển

Các tổ chức doanh nghiệp có thể cải thiện Hiệu Suất Bền Vững (SP) của họ bằng cách áp dụng các khái niệm Quản lý Chất lượng Tổng thể (TQM) kết hợp với các công nghệ Công nghiệp 4.0 (I4.0). Nghiên cứu này đã phát triển một mô hình để điều tra ảnh hưởng của TQM và I4.0 đến SP. Nó cũng phân tích vai trò trung gian của TQM trong mối quan hệ giữa I4.0 và SP. Một cuộc khảo sát đã được thực hiện trên 240 người tham gia làm việc trong các ngành công nghiệp may mặc sẵn (RMG) ở Bangladesh. Kỹ thuật Mô hình Phương trình Cấu trúc (SEM) đã được sử dụng để phân tích dữ liệu thu thập được. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy cả TQM và công nghệ I4.0 đều có tác động đáng kể đến sự phát triển bền vững của ngành RMG Bangladesh. Hơn nữa, TQM đóng vai trò trung gian trong mối quan hệ giữa I4.0 và SP. Các phát hiện cho thấy TQM giúp giải thích mối quan hệ giữa I4.0 và hiệu suất bền vững. Nghiên cứu này sẽ cung cấp hướng dẫn cho các lãnh đạo ngành công nghiệp về việc đảm bảo tính bền vững thông qua việc áp dụng các khái niệm TQM và công nghệ I4.0. Chúng tôi chưa biết đến bất kỳ nghiên cứu bổ sung nào xem xét mối liên kết có thể có giữa TQM, I4.0 và SP, cũng như vai trò trung gian của TQM giữa I4.0 và SP.
