Chăm sóc ảo đã trở thành một công cụ ngày càng hữu ích cho việc cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc ảo trên toàn cầu. Với sự xuất hiện bất ngờ của COVID-19 và các biện pháp hạn chế sức khỏe cộng đồng, điều này đã cho thấy rằng việc cung cấp y tế từ xa chất lượng cao là rất quan trọng để đảm bảo sức khỏe và phúc lợi của các cộng đồng bản địa, đặc biệt là những người sống ở các khu vực nông thôn và hẻo lánh. Chúng tôi đã thực hiện một cuộc tổng hợp bằng chứng nhanh từ tháng 8 đến tháng 12 năm 2021 để hiểu cách thức chăm sóc sức khỏe ban đầu chất lượng cao cho cộng đồng bản địa được xác định trong các phương thức ảo. Cuộc thảo luận: Để chăm sóc ảo được trung tâm cộng đồng bản địa, sự lãnh đạo và người sử dụng cộng đồng bản địa cần là đối tác trong phát triển, thực hiện và đánh giá can thiệp, dịch vụ hoặc chương trình. Về các mô hình chăm sóc ảo, cần dành thời gian để giáo dục các đối tác bản địa về năng lực số, cơ sở hạ tầng chăm sóc ảo, cũng như lợi ích và hạn chế. Mối quan hệ và văn hóa cần được ưu tiên, cùng với việc đảm bảo công bằng trong sức khỏe số.
