Việc tách rời túi mật khỏi nền gan, đồng thời tách rời cả động mạch và ống dẫn mật là một hậu quả cực kỳ hiếm gặp của chấn thương bụng t blunt. Một trường hợp chấn thương này ở một người đàn ông 52 tuổi đã được báo cáo từ Bệnh viện Đại học, Kuala Lumpur. Việc nhận diện sớm thông qua rửa ổ bụng chẩn đoán đã dẫn đến việc điều trị thành công.
