Sự Thoải Mái Nhiệt và Chất Lượng Giấc Ngủ của Sinh Viên Indonesia Sống Tại Nhật Bản Vào Mùa Hè và Mùa Đông

Thoải mái nhiệt là rất quan trọng đối với sự hài lòng và duy trì chất lượng giấc ngủ cho cư dân. Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi đã điều tra nhiệt độ thoải mái trong phòng ngủ vào ban đêm và chất lượng giấc ngủ của sinh viên Indonesia trong mùa hè và mùa đông. Mười tám sinh viên nam Indonesia, tuổi trung bình 29 ± 4 năm, đã tham gia nghiên cứu này. Các tham gia viên đã sống tại Nhật Bản khoảng sáu tháng. Chúng tôi đã đánh giá các tham số giấc ngủ bằng cách sử dụng máy theo dõi hành vi trong suốt mùa hè và mùa đông. Tất cả các tham gia viên đã hoàn thành bảng khảo sát về cảm giác nhiệt, tình trạng thể chất và sự buồn ngủ chủ quan trước khi ngủ. Nhiệt độ và độ ẩm tương đối của phòng ngủ của các tham gia viên cũng được đo. Chúng tôi phát hiện rằng thời gian trên giường trong mùa đông kéo dài lâu hơn đáng kể so với mùa hè. Tuy nhiên, hiệu quả giấc ngủ trong mùa đông lại tồi tệ hơn đáng kể so với mùa hè. Nhiệt độ trong phòng ngủ của các tham gia viên nằm trong khoảng nhiệt độ thoải mái tại Indonesia. Với nhiệt độ trung bình của không khí trong phòng ngủ là 22.2 °C, hầu hết các tham gia viên vẫn thích cảm giác "ấm" và cảm thấy "hơi thoải mái" trong mùa đông. Nhiệt độ thoải mái trung bình cho mỗi mùa được tính toán bằng phương pháp Griffiths là 28.1 °C trong mùa hè và 23.5 °C trong mùa đông. Kết luận, sự khác biệt trong hành động thích ứng ảnh hưởng đến điều kiện nhiệt trong phòng ngủ. Hơn nữa, thói quen khuyến khích hiệu suất giấc ngủ của sinh viên Indonesia.
