Nghiên cứu một số tham số huyết học và sinh hóa huyết thanh của cá beluga (Huso huso) giống được cho ăn oligofructose

Một nghiên cứu đã được tiến hành để khảo sát tác động của oligofructose trong chế độ ăn (1, 2 và 3%) lên các chỉ số máu của cá beluga (Huso huso) giống (18.77 ± 0.76 g) so với cá được cho ăn chế độ ăn không có bổ sung. Sau 7 tuần cho ăn với các chế độ ăn thử nghiệm, các tham số huyết học, các sản phẩm chuyển hóa (cholesterol, glucose và protein tổng hợp) và các enzym huyết thanh (lactate dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase, alanine aminotransferase và aspartate aminotransferase) đã được đo lường. So với nhóm kiểm soát (0% oligofructose), oligofructose trong chế độ ăn không có ảnh hưởng đến số lượng hồng cầu (RBC), thể tích tế bào trung bình (MCV), nồng độ hemoglobin tế bào trung bình (MCH) hay nồng độ hemoglobin tế bào trung bình (MCHC) (P > 0.05). Tuy nhiên, nồng độ hemoglobin (Hb), mức leucocyte (WBC) và tỷ lệ lymphocyte ở cá được cho ăn 2% oligofructose cao hơn đáng kể (P > 0.05) so với cá được cho ăn 3% oligofructose. Thêm vào đó, giá trị hematocrit (Hct) (P = 0.049) và tỷ lệ lymphocyte (P ≤ 0.01) cao hơn đáng kể ở nhóm 2% oligofructose so với nhóm kiểm soát. Mặc dù glucose huyết tương và protein tổng số không bị ảnh hưởng, cholesterol huyết tương ở nhóm 2% oligofructose thấp hơn đáng kể so với nhóm kiểm soát và nhóm 3% oligofructose (P < 0.05). Kết quả của nghiên cứu hiện tại cho thấy oligofructose không có tác động đáng kể đến lactate dehydrogenase huyết tương, alkaline phosphatase, alanine aminotransferase và aspartate aminotransferase. Những kết quả này chỉ ra rằng các chỉ số máu của cá có thể bị ảnh hưởng bởi prebiotics, điều này cần được xem xét trong các nghiên cứu trong tương lai.
