Vai trò của lipid màng trong khả năng chống chịu của cây thủy sinh Potamogeton perfoliatus L. với hàm lượng cadmium vượt mức trong nước

Ảnh hưởng của cadmium đối với cây thủy sinh có lá gập (Potamogeton perfoliatus L.) trong khoảng nồng độ 1–1000 µM đã được nghiên cứu. Kết quả cho thấy lá của P. perfoliatus đã tích lũy cadmium trong vòng ba ngày. Quá trình này đi kèm với những thay đổi trong morpology của lá. Độ nhạy của các chất chuyển hóa sinh học đối với cadmium có sự khác biệt. Các nồng độ cadmium thấp (1 và 10 µM) làm tăng hàm lượng protein, lipid tổng và sắc tố quang hợp, trong khi các nồng độ cao (100 và 1000 µM) làm giảm hàm lượng lipid tổng và sắc tố nhưng tăng hàm lượng protein. Dựa trên độ nhạy với cadmium, lipid cấu trúc được chia thành ba nhóm: bền (neutrál, phosphatidylglycerol, digalactosyldiacylglycerol và sulfolipid), hàm lượng của chúng tăng lên khi có mặt cadmium; không bền (monogalactosyldiacylglycerol, phosphatidylcholine và phosphatidylinositol); và không chống chịu (phosphatidylethanolamine).
