Dựa trên lý thuyết bất đối xứng thông tin và lý thuyết nhúng, bài báo này khám phá cách mà sức mạnh quan hệ giảm thiểu bất đối xứng thông tin giữa ngân hàng và doanh nghiệp, đồng thời tạo ra tác động tích cực cho các doanh nghiệp trong mạng lưới, giúp các công ty tư nhân và gia đình đạt được hiệu suất tài chính tốt. Chúng tôi xác minh thực nghiệm rằng sức mạnh quan hệ nâng cao hiệu suất tài chính của các công ty tư nhân và gia đình thông qua thông tin ngang (theo nghĩa thông tin cứng ngang và thông tin mềm ngang). Tiếp theo, chúng tôi tiến hành các cuộc phỏng vấn tập trung để hỗ trợ kết quả thực nghiệm rằng thông tin ngang đóng vai trò trung gian trong mối quan hệ giữa sức mạnh quan hệ và hiệu suất tài chính.
