Hợp chất LiNi0.65-xCo0.1Mn0.25CrxO2 đã được tổng hợp bằng phương pháp kết tủa đồng hydroxide. Kết quả thử nghiệm điện hóa cho thấy so với vật liệu pha tinh khiết, hiệu suất nạp và xả của vật liệu được pha tạp tại mật độ dòng cao thì tốt hơn. Dung lượng xả đặc trưng ban đầu của LiNi0.64Co0.1Mn0.25Cr0.01O2 lần lượt là 210.1, 199.2, 167.1 và 122.7 mAh/g tại các dòng 0.1C, 0.2C, 0.5C và 1C, cao hơn so với các vật liệu khác. Tỷ lệ giữ dung lượng là 93.56% sau 10 chu kỳ ở 1C, cho thấy hiệu suất chu kỳ và hiệu suất tỉ lệ tốt. Nguồn năng lượng điện hóa được cải thiện hình thành cấu trúc chính ổn định sau khi Cr đi vào LiNi0.65Co0.1Mn0.25O2.
